Dr. Ngezem is a doctoral prepared psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Dr. Ngezem has had a wide range of experience combining psychiatric-mental health, medical-surgical, acute care, telemetry, and trauma nursing.

Dr. Ngezem is trained in psychopharmacology (medication initiation and ongoing medication management and monitoring) and various forms of psychotherapies for individuals, couples and families. She provides holistic care to patients and foster relationships with patients to promote healing and wellness.

Dr. Ngezem identifies each patient as an individual, acknowledges the whole patient, and assess patients holistically through open communication and pinpoint potential contributing stress factors that impact a patient's health.
